During my time at Autodesk, there has been multiple initiatives to upgrade their email format to become responsive on all devices and client inboxes. I have guided them through the testing process. After acheiving this first step, their vision evolved from the standard email marketing technique called "email blast" to the modern principle of "Nuture Marketing" with their clients. This involved creating automation responses from direct interactions from clients within their software subscription database and targeted support and training videos that connected to specific needs. This concept which created a long-term relationship with their clients has gained a boost with 17% more maintained subscription that year.
